The customer service is "greasy used car salesman" at best. I went to visit a show home and it looked like cheap cookie cutter materials. I want to visit other show home and see if it's just as disappointing because the videos on you tube looked good.

Reply to comment - Another lie from your company. There was no “investigation”. Terribly disappointing that you are now hiding behind so called industry standard. *NO STARS* The Express Living Brownstone seems to be great product, but BE WARNED about any deposit you give on an "expression of interest" - because you WILL NOT get it back - even after being told that you would if finance wasn't approved. Andre has lied about telling us the deposit was non refundable on two occasions, then tried to push to get paperwork signed - which we did not. No integrity in business.

Building with Express two Storey has been a major disappointment. The workmanship is atrocious, with the close enough is good enough mentality coming from there tradesmen. Months of delays due to poor planing. I would not build with or recommend a Ventura group builder.

A big THANK YOU to the Express Living team for building our home and making this complex process smooth and stress-free for us! We received excellent advice and assistance with the available packages and upgrades, as well as finances, and all the paperwork associated with it. We were receiving regular communications regarding the progress of the build, which made it very easy to be up to date with everything during the busy working life. The staff were very friendly and clearly dedicated to their work and assisting their client. Apart from the whole process, it’s an awesome feeling to be living in a home designed in a unique way, very different to other builders’ offers. Definitely highly recommended – check out the Brownstones!!
