    Express Living Homes gets a brand new state of the art Showroom.

    The Showroom was designed to make the interior and exterior selection process seamless, exciting and unlike anything you have seen in Perth before. Here, you can see, touch, feel and experience these spaces before you jump into your own selections.

    Express Two Storey Living, rebrand early 2019 and become Express Living Homes still offering quality, affordable homes but with a fresh new look that aligns our brand identity to our innovative and versatile single and two storey home range that our clients have fallen in love with.

    MBA AWARDS

    • Winner – Best Contract Home ($450,000 – $550,000), The Shoreline
    • Winner – Best Alternative Construction Home (Under $200,000), Wicklow, Dalyellup South West

    Fast forward to November 2018, where over 800 people flock to see Express Living’s ‘Shoreline’ display home in Scarborough during the Open House weekend. Making it a first for a project builder to be accepted to participate in the prestigious event.

  • Brownstones

     - 2017

    Express Living enters and wins the first of many HIA awards.

    The Brownstones range launches to the South West Division. The first completed Brownstone home in the South West goes on to win two prestigious housing awards.

    Express Living invests in research and development culminating in the launch of the revolutionary Brownstones range.

     

    This unique range of homes utilises innovative and versatile building techniques to build sustainable and affordable homes in under 3 months.

     

    Since launching the Brownstones range, we have built over 150 Brownstones for clients, three demo homes with the forth set to open October 2019.

    Shortly after the resounding success of the Brownstones range, Express Living launch their exclusive Skygarden product which features balconies on the top floor- providing elevated back yards to inner city developments.

    Express Two Storey Living launches September 2015 to make quality double storey homes more affordable, we set out to bring back the backyard for families! While still offering quality, affordable double storey homes to families, Express Living branches out to offer an innovative one of a kind product to market.
