  • 2. Feasibility Study + Free Site Assessment

    We’ll conduct a free no obligation site assessment and provide our expert advice on how to design a home to maximise the use of your existing block and fulfill your living requirements and aspirations that we discussed in our first meeting. We’ll conduct a survey of your block of land and outline the costs involved in this project. We want to make sure there are no surprises along the way. This includes, the demolition, building your new home, siteworks and retaining factors. We’ll also arrange with relevant authorities for service disconnections.

  • 3. Home Design Concept and Quote

    Now the fun begins! We will work with you to custom design a floor plan concept with basic elevations to suit your lifestyle and budget, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your review. Specialising in single storey and two storey designs, our team are able to customise any home to meet your personal requirements. We want to to know everything there is to know about your vision, lifestyle and what you’re looking to achieve in your new home.  We’ll then provide a highly detailed brief to our team of award winning designers. We’ll prepare your quote, and all the relevant paperwork you will need to move forward.

    When it comes to council planning and building permits, we take care of everything, we liaise with Shires and councils frequently so the process is a breeze. We’ll organise the Shire planning and building approvals, legal documentation, demolition, design and rebuild construction for your project and we’ll keep you updated all the way through the process so you’re never in doubt about what is happening.
